As our Strategic Operations & Growth Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, systems, and stewardship. You’ll help scale a purpose-driven company by turning KPIs into action, analyzing financial and performance data, optimizing team execution, and deepening our most important agency partnerships.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate across departments to ensure our programs are not only running smoothly—but growing smartly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on clarity, loves numbers, and wants their work to have real meaning in the world.

Help scale a purpose-driven business by analyzing financial data, optimizing team performance, and driving recurring revenue across our programs. You’ll turn KPIs into action and translate data into decisions that actually move the needle. If you’re equal parts heart and hustle—this is your role.

Location: Fully Remote
